@ ShoryukenII, as an American I would say such a thing doesn't matter.
I went back and played UC1 and 2...I actually think the first one was better than the second.
Miller is annoying and hates games in first person, so f*ck him.
I personally am done buying games at launch. 1, because I've spent more money this gen on gaming than ever and I need to roll that back a bit (just bought a gaming PC too) and 2, I'm tired of paying full price for games at launch for them only to have issues.
I've also got plenty of games now that I've never finished or played to keep me occupied than the need to get something day 1, which is ultimately, completely not important. I'll still play the gam...
Haven't they been building a PS3 team? I was sure I read something about that.
Whatever, I'll only play their games on PC anyway, and yes, I hope they stay true to PC and make their games with PC in mind first, then port down. Hate when top notch PC devs go console first (lookin at you Crytek, id, and now Bethesda)
VGA, Spike, Gametrailers, suck console d*ck. They care nothing about PC. They're about pandering to the majority audience watching, which will be console players, so they want to satisfy that audience rather than consider to world of gaming in it's entirety.
When the Zelda franchise matures a bit, I'll be interested. Until then, back to The Witcher...
Microsoft is in a better position this time to continue supporting the old console as the new one is released. The 360 is selling like crazy right now, they have no reason to drop it. For all you know, the 360 could stay on shelves longer than the PS3 ever will. Things change.
People are also complaining about ugly shadows
"people know it sucks, but everyone is doing it so they dont wanna feel not cool"
pfff really? I feel a lot cooler by not playing it.
blah blah, that's bs, they DO matter in BF3, especially on PC. The denseness of the gfx make it a more believable world and therefore you must have more realistic awareness of the world around you than in COD. I could go into detail but just don't have the time right now.
Graphics can, and do change gameplay.
Never finished a Bethesda game this gen, and yet enjoyed them all.
@ Focus, it's almost 2012 my friend, stop living in the past.
MS and Nintendo have said silly things in the past also. Talk is just talk anyway.
Move is dead. No doubt Sony is more busy working on next gen hardware which nonetheless I think is going to be forwards compatible with the current Move controls, but will use a Kinect style camera. There is no way Sony is ignoring Kinect's success, and the abandonment of deicated Move software makes that clear.
Wait another 16 years, trust me.
Really they're becoming less like current PCs as they continue fall years behind in performance.
I'm sure the next consoles still won't be able to run a straight port of 2007's Crysis identical to the PC version. They'd have to make the consoles 500-600 bucks and that's not gonna happen again.
I'm playing TW1 first ;)
Also about the DRM comment above, most people don't know about DRM.
Why is anything that tries something different or artful have to be called pretentious? The overuse of the word pretentious is pretentious. I swear I never even knew that word existed a decade ago.
I wouldn't be surprised if they unveil it next year, but not launch it til Q4 2013. The 360 is selling at it's peak right now.
It's been troubling from the beginning.
Looks pretty darn close, but some different features
